Zombie Horse Spawn mod will add natural spawn of zombies riding a zombie horse to Minecraft 1.18.1/1.12.2 Java Edition game. Now this mob can appear instead of a normal zombie with a 5% chance (1 such mob for 20 regular), in the mod settings, you can change the probability of occurrence.
Mod Settings
Open the file \.minecraft\config\zombiehs-common.toml (or zombiehs-common.cfg) using notepad:
chanceSurfaceZombieHasHorse (standard = 0.05, minimum 0, maximum 1.0): chance of a zombie spawning on a horse
shouldBurnZombieHorsesInDaylight (default = true): if false, then zombies on horses will not burn in the sun.
onlySpawnZombieHorsesOnSurface (default = true): if false, then zombies on horses will appear in dungeons too.
