Vanilla Death Chest is a simple mod that will facilitate the game, it will allow you to pick up your things at the point at which you died, a chest with all your loot will be installed at the place of your death. This is very convenient, because if you cannot quickly find the place of death, you will lose your things, and with this mod you will always have time to pick up things. The mod has additional parameters, and the coordinates of your chest will be displayed in the chat.
