Physics is a realistic mod that will add physics to Minecraft for mobs and blocks. Physical effects can be configured in a special menu. If required, you can partially disable some functions, as well as increase or decrease the strength of the effect.
If your game slows down after installing the modification, it is recommended to disable some of the effects.
