Dynamic Lights Mod 1.20.4, 1.19.4, 1.16.5, 1.12.2

Dynamic Lights mod will add dynamic lighting to Minecraft 1.20.4/1.7.10, now objects that emit light, for example a torch or a glowstone, will give light if you hold them in your hands, or if you throw them on the ground. This is a realistic mechanic that will allow you to explore dungeons and travel at night without spending torches installing them.

In addition to a torch and a glowstone, a lava bucket, a jack lamp, a redstone torch can emit light, but on some versions of the mod, the list of items is different.

⚠️ Warning:
The functionality of this mod has long been implemented in the Optifine mod, it has a similar name – Dynamic Lights, has several operating modes for PCs of different power, you can try all the options and choose the most productive / high-quality one.

How to install Dynamic Lights:

1. Download and install Minecraft Forge / Rift
2. Download the mod
3. For 1.7.10 – 1.9.4: Unzip to .minecraft\mods
4. For 1.10.2 and higher: Without unpacking copy to .minecraft\mods
5. Done!
