YouMatter mod adds mechanisms to Minecraft game with which you can create matter from the IC2 mod. As a result, you can take advantage of this matter without installing the main mod.
Why?
Industrial Craft 2 is deprecated, has many bugs, and is often just included in modpacks due to its UU-Matter features. This was the inspiration for a standalone mod.
