Wither Skeleton Tweaks mod 1.18.1/1.12.2 replaces regular skeletons in the Minecraft Nether with wither skeletons. These skeletons will constantly drop fragments that will allow you to collect a skull, and stone swords will stop dropping. In addition, the game will be able to create two unique swords.
