TARDIM mod for Minecraft will allow you to feel like a Doctor Who and navigate through the dimensions. A Tardis will appear in the game, which will take you to any dimension in Minecraft, even those added by mods.
The police box looks small from the outside, but if you get inside, there will be a huge control room like the original series.
