Speedy Hoppers Mod for Minecraft

A simple mod that adds faster hoppers to the game, there are 3 new types of hoppers that transmit items up to 4 times faster than the standard hopper. A standard hopper transfers 1 item in 8 game ticks (2.5 items per second), and a diamond hopper from the mod is able to transfer an item in 2 game ticks or 10 items per second.
