Sign Button Mod 1.15.2/1.14.4/1.13.2/1.12.2 (Plate that Works as a Button)

This mod will add a plate to the game which, when pressed, will give a redstone signal similar to a regular button. Now you can create plates with inscriptions for turning on/off or opening doors. In fact, this is a button in the form of a plate, it cannot be installed like a regular plate (on a leg), it can be placed on any surface even when lying.
