There are not enough pets in the vanilla version of Minecraft and Pocket Pets mod intends to fix it. The mod will add Ferrets, several types of Ants and mushroom Llamastools to the game, which can become great pets.
Each new mob will have its own unique mechanics, so you can find your perfect pet.
