Dual Hotbars Mod

Dual Hotbars – excellent and most importantly, useful mod for Minecraft! As the name implies, this mod adds a double hotbar. So, there’s nothing much to talk about here, since everything is extremely clear. I can only say that a hotbar can be like in two lines (2 to 9 cells), and in one, but long 9one in 18 cells).
