Charcoal Pit mod allows you to create a new type of coal from wood, it is many times more effective, to create it you will have to build a special structure.
Mod adds a special block consisting of wood blocks, if this block is overlaid on all sides with non-combustible material, set on fire and closed entirely, it will begin to smolder, in place of this wood there will be blocks by breaking which you can collect charcoal. It is also possible to roast ordinary coal and get buckets of fuel from it, which is also very effective.
