Waila adds a tooltip from NEI and shows the details of the block, from which mod, block data, etc. The mod also supports mods BuildCraft, IndustrialCraft, EnderStorage, Thermal Expansion, Thaumcraft and many other mods. For example in BuildCraft, in tanks it shows how much fluid there.
