With this seed for Minecraft 1.16.5 you will find yourself near a village without a toolsmith house near which there is a destroyed portal to The Nether.
On the way to the stronghold at coordinates 402 ~ 510, you will find a shipwreck, which contains chests with loot. But this is not as interesting as the presence of a fully complete and activated End Portal at point XYZ: 730 / 37 / 1149.
