With this map you can play Slither.io directly in Minecraft. Up to 10 people can participate in the game. Control the snake using arrows. Eat to gain weight and grow. If you bump into another snake, you die and restart the game.
This map has its own section of settings, where you can adjust the spawn of food and added a button to monitor the game.
